This exquisite and unique delicacy is made using an old traditional recipe, where, as it does not have the powerful flavour and aroma of paprika, you can appreciate the authentic flavour of the Iberian loin, seasoned only with salt and a few grains of pepper, allowing you to appreciate the aroma of the acorn. A smooth recipe, which helps you to taste the 50% Iberian acorn-fed loin in all its splendour.
The natural acorn-fed Iberian pork loin, without paprika, is an exquisite piece that allows you to appreciate all the quality of this great piece with all its nuances, resulting in a product with a fine flavour, worthy of the best palates. Its texture is homogeneous and juicy, it has a soft pink colour, with less pronounced marbling of fat, since it has a more natural colour as it does not have paprika. Its curing process is similar to that of other Iberian loins; they are stuffed into natural casings and the drying and curing times are the same.
