  2. Onion
  3. Salt
  4. Sherry Vinegar
  5. Rice
  6. White wine
  7. Parmesan cheese
  8. Montesano Iberian pork cheek

The secret to making risotto like Chef Casagrande is to stir the rice constantly and add the broth little by little, when the rice requires it. At the end, when it is cooked, add butter and Parmesan cheese. grated.
