Montesano Extremadura stars in the premiere of the gastronomic programme Origen on La 2 de TVE. The first episode can be seen today at 18:45. The programme, which will travel through the best products in Spain, begins in the Montesano Extremadura pastures, showing all the traceability of 100% acorn-fed Iberian pigs. The 28-minute programme covers the montanera, the traditional drying rooms, the cutting and a recipe prepared by the famous chef Paco Pérez.
